2. Products
The products offered are handcrafted electronic audio effects designed and assembled in France.
Each product is described as accurately as possible..
Photographs and sound demonstrations are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French Tax Code).
Shipping costs are shown before checkout.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The product is invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once full payment has been received.
A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer.
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer.
5. Payment
Payments are processed via the secure payment solutions offered on the website.
The seller does not have access to the buyer’s banking information at any time.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Please note that for orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping times are given as an indication due to the handmade nature of the products.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
In the event of a damaged parcel, the buyer must issue a claim with the carrier upon delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, unmodified, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
Custom-made or personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
8. Warranty
The products benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (3 years)
- the warranty against hidden defects
The warranty does not cover:
- circuit modifications
- the use of an incorrect power supply
- damage resulting from improper use
9. Liability
The products sold are intended for musical audio use.
The seller cannot be held responsible for any material damage resulting from improper use or from integration into an non-compliant electrical system.
10. Personal data
The information collected is required for order processing and invoicing.
