The Deitsch Angle is built on a two-stage phaser topology for a smooth and subtle sonic character. This design preserves the natural sound of the guitar especially well. It also works beautifully with electric pianos like Rhodes and electronic organs.
Using the BLENDknob, you can continuously dial between dry signal at minimum, a phasing effect at noon, and a vibrato effect at full rotation.
The circuit is based on a hybrid analog-digital low-frequency oscillator (LFO), enabling a range of expressive behaviours.
Two LFO speeds are available (A-SPEED & B-SPEED), along with a footswitch that lets you “navigate” between them. With a short press, the LFO speed gradually transitions to the second setting and back again, behaving like a Leslie cabinet. With a long press, you switch directly between the two settings.

The SHAPE control lets you smoothly transition the LFO from a triangle wave to a sine wave. This allows for fine control over the harmonic content and has a significant impact on the overall feel of the modulation.

J’ai d’abord flashé sur la beauté de l’objet, sobre et classieux, avec sa finition en métal martelé et sa magnifique couleur verte. Impression de solidité aussi. Côté son on est sur le même terrain : c’est propre ça n’en fait pas des tonnes, c’est très musical. Le fait de pouvoir passer d’une vitesse de balayage à une autre via le footswitch, tout en gérant le temps de passage avec le potard Ramp, c’est un vrai plus. On peut même se rapprocher d’un Leslie ! Je l’utilise avec une guitare mais également avec une basse Fretless et ça apporte réellement une dimension nouvelle au son Fretless. Très très belle réalisation de Yannick dans son atelier de Dijon.
